My hometown of Lyon is widely regarded as the world’s capital of food and fine dining. The culinary arts were a big part of my upbringing. Chefs like Paul Bocuse, Georges Blanc, Orsy, the Gros brothers, Christian Tetedoie, and more were the examples for what stands for proper cuisine.
Allow me to share my opinions on every NYC and Paris restaurant I visit. I will advise you on the ones you should avoid and the ones you should definitely rush to make a reservation! I will give you a critical review of each place I set foot in.
