Cafe Pinson is the perfect place to have lunch and still feel amazingly light right after. Launched with an American Chef, this ‘Boho Chic’ super healthy little spot has recently been taken over by a French Chef.

A friend made me discover this place today and I was pleasantly surprised to discover that all of their dishes were Gluten AND Lactose free! A little paradise for me who could finally take any item on the menu without asking the waiter for a full list of the ingredients! YAY.

cafe-pinson-paris-3Cereales Pinson – sort of creamy risotto with caramelised onions, crushed hazelnuts and chive. Amazing combo!

I was afraid to be disappointed in terms of taste because I had already tried a similar ‘bobo’ place in Paris 10e called ‘NoGlu’ and their no-gulten cuisine had definitely not excited by taste buds. Cafe Pinson however, really did. I never thought I would say that but they had the BEST lemon pie I’ve eaten since I’ve arrived in Paris! No gluten, no dairy and still… incredibly delicious. Their juices are also very good. They found the perfect balance in their mix. Try the one with the beetroot and the lemon – It’s absolutely fantastic!

The + + +

No Gluten & No lactose, Bio products, all dishes are home-made

Great quality ingredients

Staff is friendly and service is pretty fast

Their beetroot juice and their LEMON PIE!

It’s quite pricey! High quality ingredients will be served in your plate for sure but if you’re really hungry you may not be satisfied – even with a main and a dessert.
