MARCEL, Etienne Marcel

Almost a 10/10! Seriously… My Australian friend and I were getting desperate in the attempt to find a ‘proper’ brunch in Paris (this is probably why I haven’t written in a while).

Marcel was awesome! That brunch was probably the most perfect spot we have tried in Paris so far: they had soy milk, avocado AND eggs benedict. In a nut shell: a Must

The food was top notch and the atmosphere was trendy. Oh, and the waiter was cute and FRIENDLY (which can be easily noticed in our beautiful – yet. sadly, socially retarded – capital )

+++ Food/ Menu: great choices
Location (in the center of Paris)
Atmosphere: Warm and cosy.
Prices: Very affordable. And definitley great value for what you get!

– – – The proximity with other people. I love people but I don’t really like when strangers become part of my convo… Tables are way to close to each other (when you are a group of 2 ppl at least). The bigger tables have a better setting I reckon.

Service was good but it was sometimes difficult to have a waiter’s attention at our floor because no one was there… And they forgot to bring us an item.

They had soy milk but they did not have the machine to make cappuccinos… Mm…
